Attorney Daniel Fulce is a dedicated and experienced attorney with a rich background in prosecution. Originally from South Bend, Indiana, Daniel moved to Chandler, Arizona with his family in 2007. He earned his bachelor's degree in business legal studies from Arizona State University in 2015 and went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Arizona Summit Law School in 2017.
During law school, Daniel gained valuable experience as an intern at MayesTelles, which helped lay the foundation for his career. After graduating, Daniel relocated to Seattle, Washington in 2019, where he worked as a prosecutor in the misdemeanor Trial Unit at the Seattle City Attorney’s Office. This role allowed him to gain extensive courtroom experience, managing a variety of criminal cases including criminal trespass and DUIs.
In January 2022, Daniel transitioned to the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office as a felony prosecutor in the Violent Crimes Trial Unit. There, he honed his skills by handling serious cases such as assaults, burglaries, robberies, vehicular crimes, and homicide. His six years as a prosecutor sharpened his trial skills and deepened his understanding of the criminal justice system.
Despite his success as a prosecutor, Daniel remained passionate about criminal defense, particularly in cases involving those wrongfully accused. Daniel returned to his home in Arizona where he now focuses on providing strong legal representation to individuals facing criminal charges. His mission is to fight for justice for each client, offering personalized attention, empathy, and dedication throughout the legal process.
Daniel is also committed to community involvement volunteering with organizations like the Si Se Puede Foundation. He is passionate about helping young students build essential life skills, a commitment that also translates into his legal practice. Daniel approaches his clients with the same dedication, providing not only skilled representation but also support and guidance to help them navigate the challenges of the criminal justice system.
Outside of his professional life, Daniel enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball, golfing, and binge-watching suspenseful TV series.
